The beginner
course provides an introduction and practice using the Cutting
the Ties that Bind method. We will
introduce you to symbols that you can practice and use everyday to feel
more grounded and secure in your decision making processes and
interactions. The course is facilitated by Almendra Staffa-Healey and Mandy Staffa.

Once you've "graduated" from the Introductory program, it's time to move on to the Intermediate stage. Get ready to dig deeper and let go of even more limiting beliefs - freeing yourself up to soar to new heights. The course is facilitated by Almendra Staffa-Healey and Mandy Staffa.
